This is another older kit, these don't come with COA as when they were produced, COAs weren't made for all kits, This toddler is on the bigger side and is totally stunning girl She has full arms and full legs and is 28 inch She weighs 11LB 4 She has lovely big blue quality glass eyes His hair is human brown, so can be heat styled Her painting and varnish are heat set, the varnish is not rough.
